3rd examination
⇒If 3rd is OK, and the possibility that you can buy a house is 100%
Housing loan examination is 3 times in all. However it depends on your situation. Some people are 2 times and Some people are 3times.
1st housing loan examination is preliminary examination, " Jizen Shinsa". This is simple examination. So you do not have to decide a house.
If you will do it, you can know the possibility that you have house. And if you will apply it, and there is no house that you like , you do not have to buy a house.
