About the houses listed on the site

You can choose the house you like. However, it is quite different from buying a car or buying home appliances. There are some points to note.

Please be careful of it.

1. You may not be able to look inside of the house even if it is posted on the site.
2. There may be some houses that you have to buy with cash. (Of course, it is checked by the owner in advance)
3. There may be some problems with the house.

For 1 and 2, If I will contact the owner and the owner dosen't permit, please give up to look inside of the house. Regarding 3, I will always confirm with you. If you are still good, please consider whether to look inside of the house or not.

Below, I will explain the contents in detail.

1. You may not be able to look inside of the house even if it is posted on the site.

Houses posted on the site will continue to be posted on the site regardless of whether the house is reserved or contracted. It will be posted on the site until the ownership (current owner to new buyer) changes completely.


So just because it's posted on the site doesn't mean you can buy the house. Even if the house you like is posted on the site, you often can't look inside of the house. The reason is that, as mentioned above, the house may already have a reservation or contract.


2. There may be some houses that you have to buy with cash. (Of course, it is checked by the owner in advance)

Depending on the company (owner), the deposit (contract money) may be very high. (100 man yen or more, 10% of the house price) This is basically for people who buy with cash, not those who buy with housing loan. If you have little cash, please give up to buy a house.


So if you are interested in the house that need cash, please give up to look inside of the house. Because you can't buy the house.


3. There may be some problems with the house.

・ There was an accident at the house.

・ There is a problem with the owner.

・ There is a problem with the shape of the land.
