Monthly 3;500 yen × 35 years
3,000 × 12 × 35 = 1,470,000 total
2️⃣ Another (not with)
Monthly 15;000 yen × 3 years
15,000 × 12 × 3 = 540,000 total
1️⃣ is cheep every month but, you have to pay long time. So total payment is very high. Because if you take a loan for a long period of time, you have to pay a lot of interest.
2️⃣ is high every month but, you have to pay short time. So total payment is very cheep.
The above example is a home appliance but, it is the same with such as furniture, curtains, etc. There are some housing loan loans with home appliances such as air conditioners furniture, curtains, etc., but it is better not to do so.
I think it would be better to take out a loan for them separately from the housing loan.
